Effective January 31, 2024, employers no longer have to automatically send Form 1095-C to individuals, per the IRS and the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act.
However, ALL NON-FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES, PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES, AND NON EMPLOYEES ENROLLED IN OUR PLAN MAY STILL REQUEST A COPY OF FORM 1095-C.
